Pedestrian crashes RRFB on NW 54 Street between NW 19 Avenue and NW 18 Avenue. Install a midblock pedestrian crossing controlled with RRFB on NW 54th Street between NW 13 Avenue and NW 12 Avenue. Install pedestrian poles closer to pedestrian ramps. Provide scope: install a midblock pedestrian crossing controlled w/ high emphasis pavement markings and pedestrian signage. Location #2: SR 944/NW 54 St from NW 32 Ave to NW 29 Ave b/c: 6.9/NPV: $2,513,423/SHSP: pedestrian crashes scope: provide midblock pedestrian crossing on NW 54th Street between NW 30 Court and NW 30 Avenue controlled with an RRFB. Realign the crosswalk at NW 31 Avenue midblock crossing. Install pedestrian poles closer to pedestrian ramps. Provide high emphasis pavement markings & ped signage location #3: SR 944/NW 54 St at NW 22 Ave b/c: 11.6/NPV: $4,014,008/SHSP: intersection crashes - safe stride 2 zero (ss2z) scope: provide protected only left turn operation for northbound approach. Install flexible backplates. Provide protected only left turn operation for southbound approach. Exception from bmp 2.340 to 2.950.
