The building at 2 Holcomb Street, which is part of the 80 Coventry Street property (Parcel ID# 193005071) includes a single 82,240 square foot brick exterior structure. This former City hospital consists of six (6) floors and a full basement. The steel framed building is stable, has a flat tar and gravel roof along with a concrete foundation.
