Graham Correctional Center is seeking to procure equipment including freight, labor and installation materials for an eight (8) patient station & one (1) maintenance station direct feed RO Dialysis system that meets both AAMI and FDA design standards for dialysis. The IDOC Graham Correctional Center ("Agency" or "State") requests Bids from responsible vendors to meet its needs. A brief description is set forth below for Bidder's convenience, with detailed requirements in subsequent sections of this solicitation. Brief Description: IDOC Graham Correctional Center needs to procure equipment including freight, labor and installation materials for an eight (8) patient station & one (1) maintenance station direct feed RO Dialysis system with storage tank along with a new bicard mixer that meets both AAMI and FDA design standards for dialysis. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of One time purchase In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years. 30 ILCS 500/20-60.
