Mckinley Drive, Tampa, Fl 33612 Project Description: the Florida Department of Transportation (Department) Intends to Replace the Existing Hvac System at the Its/sunguide Building. The Proposed System Will Consist of High Efficiency Air Cooled Chillers, Chilled Water Pumps, Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger, Air Handlers With a Standard Vav Terminals With Electric Heat And Reheat. Incidental Tasks Include Architectural and Electrical Work to Support the Complete Project Scope. This Project Will Require Phasing to Allow for Functional Operations of the Existing Facility While the Hvac Replacement Takes Place, in Addition to the New Hvac Equipment, Concrete, Selective Demolition, Architectural Finishes, Ductwork, and Electrical Items.
