Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for on-call professional engineering services and representation as City Engineer. The City is seeking a general services engineering consultant to provide engineering design and consultation regarding municipal Water and Wastewater, Storm Drainage, and transportation infrastructure including roads bridges and sidewalks and evaluation of land development platting and subdivision. The specific scope of services will be determined by each individual project needs. The scope will be ongoing and as needed. Selection of a consultant by the City in response to this Requestdoes not guarantee that professional services will be required. The City also maintains sole discretion in assigning projects, if any, to selected consultants. The purpose of this RFQ is to establish the most qualified consultants for on-call services as needed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
