Site work for a transportation facility in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Goals for minority participation for each trade: 15.5% Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% This project provides the rehabilitation of Runway 7-25 at the Orlando Executive Airport. The scope of work includes the milling and overlaying of the runway, blast pads, and connecting taxiways within the safety area of the runway. It includes pavement geometric modifications and safety area improvements to meet FAA standards. It will also include rehabilitating the existing runway lighting system, markings, and signage. Project no. 2024-13.3 Runway 7-25 Rehabilitation and Related Work shall consist of all civil and electrical scope, including but not limited to asphalt milling and paving, grading, airfield pavement markings, and airfield electrical improvements required to rehabilitate the Runway 7-25 and the Orlando Executive Airport. The time of completion for this Work is anticipated to be 270 calendar days to achieve Substantial Completion; exact time requirements are defined in the Instructions to Bidders. A Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the sum of the Total Bid for Schedule A will be required for this Project.
