Renovation of a military facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Work of this Contract comprises of the Urgent Roof Recap at Building D294 at Halifax Dockyard. The Work includes, but its not limited to, the removal and disposal of 2-ply modified bitumen roofing and overlayment boards, supply and installation of new SBS vapor barrier over existing and make watertight (this work is time sensitive), and supply and installation of new 150mm insulation, cover board and 2-ply modified bitumen roof over the area of work. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 150 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 45 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
