Project consists of a remodel of the floors 1-3 of the existing 4 story building. A new separate Gymnasium building is also included gymnasium building is cmu/block/steel structure and is approximately 13,000 sf. Renovation of 94,000-square-feet coupled with new construction of a gymnasium and science wing. Remodel of the existing building is approximately 60,000 sf. The project also Includes associated parking, landscape, and site work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. As of November 7, 2023, the awarded general contractor has extended the bid to price the 26,682 square foot 4th Floor Remodel for the Owner. As of April 24, 2024, the project is underway.
