The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1) Post Technical Questions and Answers. 2) Post Sign-in sheet from site visit that took place on 01/16/2024. 3) All terms and conditions are unchanged. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for Procurement and installation of two (2) Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Air Condition Units in accordance with the Scope of Work. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Award will be made to the offeror proposing the combination most advantageous and best value to the Government based upon an integrated assessment of the evaluation factors described below. The contractor shall for provide labor, materials, and equipment for the procurement and installation of two (2) 5-Ton Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Air Condition Units for the hospitals main telephone room. A Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Air Condition Unit consists of one indoor unit and one outer unit. The contractor shall provide all personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, administration supervision and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish this service. The contractor shall be familiar with all the terms, conditions, and requirement herein contained. All work must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. This is a competitive best value selection in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers listed in descending order of importance with Factor 1, Technical Capability to meet the Government requirements; Factor 2, Past Performance, and Factor 3, Price.
