Reference Number 0000262502 The Ontario Place Site Services Renewal Project ("OPSS") is a replacement and renewal of site services in anticipation of Infrastructure Ontario's ("IO") ambition to revitalize Ontario Place which is located Southwest of downtown Toronto on the waterfront of Lake Ontario. The scope includes decommissioning and removal of out-of-date services and installation of new site services which will add both capacity and redundancy to the site. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals has been issued by the Construction Manager. The awarded proponent will provide Consulting services for all Engineering and Design services including, but not limited to; Attend preliminary and progress meetings with the construction contractor, other subcontractors, stakeholders, designers and client as required. Evaluate existing site conditions. Perform design reviews, field reviews including site visits and monitoring review. Preparation of the plans, sections, details, elevations, notes, details, and shop drawings as applicable. Provide engineering and design submittals as required. Address all comments generated as part of the design review process. All upgrades or changes to the contract documents directed by the consultants will be reviewed by the subcontractor.
