Our preferred method, instead of pothole excavations, is to perform this verification by inspecting the pipe material as it enters the building prior to the service shutoff valve. In Greeley, the service line generally enters the building through a basement or crawl space. The Contractor shall be responsible for conducting outreach, obtaining permission, and performing a visual service line inspection. Payment for this contract will be based on the number of service lines inspected. *The City reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time, without penalty.
