Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cuero, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this project is to install a new generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS) for the existing water production facility. The generator and ATS will be procured by The City through purchasing cooperative under separate agreement. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of the contract, written by a responsible Surety Company, authorized to do business in the State of Texas. Question Deadline 11/20/2023 at 5:00 PM CT Questions and comments shall be submitted in writing through electronically only. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be received. A Bidder's failure to respond to the requested qualifications inquiry may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Bids may be held by M&S and the City for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and researching bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. The City expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities.
