The Town seeks a qualified, experienced professional to perform a boundary survey for the Town right-of-way in the Glens neighborhood along Glenwood Avenue, Toyon Court, Otis Avenue, Ridge Court, Hillside Drive, Alta Mesa Road and Highland Terrace. Over the years properties in the Glens have encroached into the Town’s right-of-way by installing improvements such as, but not limited to, landscaping, retaining walls, parking structures, drainage structures etc. The Town would like to evaluate areas where additional public parking can be created in the Town’s right-of-way. The surveying firm’s responsibilities shall include, but may not be limited to the following: Provide a detailed survey plan showing existing improvements in the Town right-of-way; Provide a detailed timeline for this scope of work November 20-21, 2023 Review submissions, reference checks, calls with proposers 4 November 28 or December 12, 2023 Contract award Question Deadline 11/09/2023 Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to kbryant@woodsidetown.org.
