Reference Number 0000334774 Contractor will be responsible for snow removal for one school building with three parking lots total. All areas will be staked with high visibility marker stakes. Snow removal of 1"- 1.5" inches or more of snow will be the starting deapth. Contractor will be responsible for all roadways including, service roads, parking lots, loading docks and designated entrance areas as defined by the school district. During winter storm events where snow rates accumulate at a continuous rate during operating business hours parking lots and service roads will be kept open with a complete snow removal once the storm has ceased. If removal of snow from site is necessary it will be at the contractual hourly rate. Snow removal equipment will be kept on location to ensure full time coverage as needed. Snow removal must be completed no later than 7am Monday through Friday. If extra snow removal is needed outside of the contract, holidays, weekends, after school events etc will be billed per the hourly rate stated in the contract. Salting will not be part of the contract as the district will be maintaining this.
