PWC has the need for consulting engineers (each a "Consultant") to assist with various projects related to the previously stated infrastructure. These projects can be small in scope and usually immediate in terms of need. The availability of the Consultant and its response times is of the utmost importance. The following is a general description of the tasks that may be required. This is not intended to be all-inclusive, nor is it guaranteed that all of the tasks will be utilized under every contract. A detailed Scope of Services will be negotiated for each Task Order between PWC and the Consultant. The tasks that are required include, but are not limited to, evaluation of existing water and sewer facilities; evaluation and/or design of aerial crossings, preparation of temporary shoring plans; engineering studies; existing building condition assessments; certification of casings for NCDOT projects; structural improvements and repair design; preparation of contract documents; bidding assistance; construction administration; review of submittals; construction observation; preparation of record drawings; and other services necessary to complete a specific project. PWC reserves the right to reject any or all submittals. Firms will enter "RFQ #PWC2324043 - Questions" as the subject of the email. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
