The Carl T. Hayden Medical Center located at 650 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85012 has a requirement renovate the Community Living Center located within the first and second floor of Building 16. The intent of this project will modernize the facility rooms and halls. Work will be performed in a functioning hospital environment. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish the work. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and drawings (when available) of the solicitation and all applicable local and VA building codes.
