Reference Number 0000334759 Question Acceptance Deadline 11/17/2023 at 10:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, Direct all correspondences in writing regarding this RFP to the Planning Official listed below: City and County of Broomfield Procurement Division Tracy Stibitz E-mail: solicitations@broomfield.org The City and County of Broomfield (the City, CCOB or Broomfield) acting through the Planning Division of the Community Development Department is soliciting written proposals from all qualified individuals, organizations, firms, or other entities, whether for-profit or not-for-profit to scope innovations and best practices for the updating of the Interstate 25 Sub Area Plan (I-25 Sub Area Plan). The scoping of innovations and best practices is Phase 1 of this project and will be used to guide the rewriting of the I-25 Sub Area Plan in Phase 2. Phase 1 will occur in 2024, and Phase 2 is anticipated to be completed in 2025-2026, and will be subject to future solicitation. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required *The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposal or portions thereof received in response to this RFP and to waive minor irregularities and informalities in Proposal received or to cancel this RFP, if it is in the best interest of the City to do so.
