Site work and paving for a civil project in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Johnson County Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners, JCPRD reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest and best responsive and responsible bidder for the work covered by the bid, to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and formalities in any bid submitted. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening. All bids shall be delivered to the JCPRD Administration Building for review and submission to such Board of Commissioners on standard proposal forms furnished by JCPRD. Information regarding this project can be found in the "Public Jobs" link on the website. Such bid surety shall be made payable to the Johnson County Park and Recreation District. Bids will be opened and publicly read in the JCPRD Administration Building at the time and date set forth to accept bids. Bids will then be delivered to the Johnson County Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners, JCPRD for bid award determination at a public meeting of such Board to be held within 30 days following such bid opening. This project includes construction of a roundabout on a park road, 2-3 miles of pedestrian trail, grading, and stormwater culverts.
