Qualified Contractors are invited to bid on a contract for HVAC Upgrades for: County Health Department, Jonesboro, Arkansas . The bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Project scope consists of a mechanical upgrade to an approximately 19,300 SF single story facility for County Health. Mechanical modifications include abandonment of the existing geothermal system, inclusion of a new closed circuit cooling tower, change out of existing water source heat pumps, added boilers and pumps, and limited ductwork modifications. Work also includes a masonry enclosure, exterior paving and concrete work, and miscellaneous interior rework to accommodate new mechanical changes. Plans, specifications, bid forms, and other contract documents may be examined at the office of the architect.
