The College reserves the right to waive any technicality in the hiding in the best interest of the College Bids will be awarded in a manner which appens to be in the best interest of the College. This hid in no manner obligates the College to purchase any products/services Parking Lot(s)/Areas: The ATTC South Parking Lot, the ATTC North Parking Lot, the
Barnett front drive/parking area, South Union Avenue (extending from the AAC south boundary property line to the north corner of the Douglas Brown Building site). Excludes all areas beyond the fence line to the rear tarmac and terminates at the entrance to the ATTC Main Parking Lot.
Scope of Work for Re-Sealing Parking Lot & Driveway Areas:
Prepare, prep and clean the entire surface area per the manufacturer's directions, specifications and recommendations.
Prepare and seal all cracks with SealMaster Crack Master-PL according to the manufacturers' directions, specifications and recommendations
Prepare and prims all oil spots with SealMaster Petro Seal Oil Spot Primer according to manufacturers' directions, specifications and recommendations.
Prepare and seal all parking areas and associated drives with Seal Master Coal Tar Concentrate according to manufacturers' directions, specifications and recommendations. Provide a second coat of sealer. Two coats total.
Repaint all curbs, lines, arrows, stop bars, etc. with an Alabama DOT approved acrylic striping paint.
Stencil all owner required Faculty, Visitor and Handicap parking spaces
Scheduling and Time Allowances:
Work to be scheduled with the Plant Supervisor, Michael Helms (334-447-
6477). Work to be performed between December 16, 2023 and January 7, 2024.
Products:
Any and all required materials and products to perform this job will be purchased and supplied by the successful bidder.

Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS or SDS) of all products to be used should be supplied to the ESCC Plant Supervisor no less than seven (7) days prior to the work beginning
Warranties:
All manufacturers' standard product warranties to apply.
Successful bidder to provide, in writing, a one year limited liability warranty for workmanship.

Notes:
1. All measurements and field conditions are to be verified by the bidder.
2. All required work will be inspected and approved complete by ESCC's Plant Supervisor prior to any billing or payment for said work.
3 ESCC's Plant Supervisor will determine if there are any areas that will have to be re-worked as a result of substandard workmanship or appearance.
4. The ESCC Plant Supervisor's sole decision regarding approved work will be final and binding.
5. Any required re-work or re-performance of work must follow the same scope of work as previously listed in this specification.
