Renovation of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work requested is to replace the existing modified bitumen roof system at (JON) JESSE H. JONES HALL with a 20-year warranted multi-ply modified bitumen roof system, fully adhere to a cover board with insulation and vapor barrier adhered to concrete deck. MEP modifications and access /site modifications are required as part of work scopes. The work also includes the replacement of the skylights as shown in the project documents. Question Deadline 12/11/2023 at 12:00 PM CT Deadline for questions/requests for clarification All work for this project must begin on or about May 13, 2024 and must be completed by the end of the day on August 23, 2024. The budget range for the project is approximately $3,500,000.00 to $4,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. A Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required
