All water service repair parts must be made of a no-lead alloy or composite that meets ANSI/NSF 61 standard annex F and G. The purchases of these items are for use by the Department of Public Service for emergency and normal daily operations consisting of total or partial hydrant, meter, water tap and water main repairs. It is the City's intent to establish a one (1) year blanket purchase order agreement, with the right of option to renew for one (1) additional year under the same terms and conditions.
