Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a civil project in Towanda, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The Project consists of the construction of the WWTP reconstruction and addition to the building, and tank/system replacement components. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Any bidder may withdraw their bid at any time before the time set for the opening of the bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the date of opening, but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids.
