The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the Department of Mobility & Infrastructure, is soliciting proposals for the completion of routine and intermediate inspections of their City responsibility bridges during the 2024 year. Inspections shall be NBIS level safety inspections and include a written report and updates system. The scope of work is as follows: Complete a NBIS level safety inspection of the indicated 22 City structures. Report should include all standards sections, such as: Description of structure. Deficiencies. Recommendations. Cost estimates of repairs. Provide load rating analysis recommendation and review summary. Photographs. Field sketches and existing member dimension sketches. Update and enter through iForm standard Inspection forms. Provide a maintenance and protection of traffic plan/summary and any special equipment needed for access for the inspections. Question Submission Deadline: November 28, 2023, 3:00pm. Contract Award: December 2023.
