Equipment suppliers to provide equipment associated with the expansion and upgrade of the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant headworks facility. This project MAY include funding from State and/or Federal sources that are subject to Build America Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements. Accordingly, all suppliers are required to provide a cost adder (as indicated in the bid forms) to comply with BABAA requirements as outlined herein and as required by the Idaho DEQ and USDA. Proposals received after that time and date will be considered a late proposal and will be rejected without receiving any further consideration. Proposals must be clearly marked Proposal - Equipment for Rexburg Headworks Upgrade. The proposals will not be opened publicly at this time. Proposals will be analyzed based on the requirements herein including the General Conditions, and instructions for Suppliers. Notification of the OWNER'S decision to proceed with the equipment procurement will be given to all parties as soon as possible.
