Garage Door Replacement - Fire Headquarters. The Town of Auburn, acting by and through its Town Manager, is seeking the services of a qualified bidder (the "Respondent") for the replacement of six (6) garage doors and openers, including removal of existing garage doors and openers at the Fire Rescue Department Headquarters at 47 Auburn Street, Auburn, Massachusetts 01501. Scope of work: 1. Removal and disposal of six (6) existing garage doors and openers. 2. Supply and install on the Auburn Street facing side of the property, four (4) 12'2" wide x 11' tall, all glass, black aluminum garage doors. Every section of glass, with 1/2" insulated tempered low E glass. Angle mounted track with 15`` radius, solid shaft, 25k cycle torsion spring, dual perimeter weather seal, vinal clop on track and black vinal nail on edge of jamb. 3. Supply and install on the rear parking lot facing side of the property, two (2) 12'2" wide x 11' tall, white insulated garage door with one row full view insulated tempered low E glass. Standard angle mounted track with 15" radius, solid shaft, 25K cycle torsion springs, dual perimeter weather seal, clip on track, white vinyl and white vinyl nail on edge of jam. 4. Six (6) Door Openers - 115 Volt 1/2 HP Jackshaft (side mount) Garage Door Openers with aux. chain hoist for manual operation, standard photo eye mounted 12" from finished floor. 3-Button wall control and single button remote transmitters for each opener. 5.
