Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jefferson City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
Etta & Joseph Miller Performing Arts Center Theatrical Upgrades. Technical questions regarding the Contract Documents can be emailed to lbackstrom@thearchitectsalliance.com at The Architects Alliance, Inc A certified or cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of bids. A Performance Bond and a Material and Labor Payment Bond in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all formalities in such bids. Likewise, the Owner reserves the right to select the lowest and best bid, which is in the best interest of the Owner.
