Reference Number 0000334915 Job Location Norwood E. Jackson Correctional Center, Grasslands Campus, Valhalla, N.Y. Replace existing duct mounted reheat coils (Qty: 35), reheat coil pump (Qty: 1) and associated piping, controls and electrical work. (Bid range: $1,100,000.00 to $1,300,000.00). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. *The County of Westchester reserves the right to waive any informalities in the , or to reject any or all . No bidder may withdraw its bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening. Replace existing duct mounted pneumatic reheat coils (qty 30) with new electric duct mounted reheat coils and all associated hot water pump, piping, valves and accessories. Existing Pneumatic thermostats for reheat coils shall be upgraded to digital room sensors. New Andover Controls shall be provided for new reheat coils and tied into existing county wide BMS. Provide new graphics, programming and controls for new reheat coils as needed. Replace all Duct Reheat Coil Hot water supply/return piping mains and branch piping with new.
