Reference Number 0000335009 The City of Visalia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids from qualified firms to remove, transport, and dispose of or beneficially reuse 100 percent (100%) of the annual stockpiled production of aerobically digested, airdried biosolids produced at the City of Visalia Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) located at 7579 Ave. 288 in Visalia, CA. Biosolids reuse shall be by application to agricultural lands or by other off-site reuse methods approved by regulatory agencies with jurisdiction. Results required for 40 CFR 503 annual reporting (Title-22 Certification) need to be provided to the City by the end of January following Q4 hauling of previous year.
