Contractor Qualification: DCAMM Certificate Siding and trim replacement at five 2-story occupied residential buildings on two sites in New Bedford, and associated work. Mailing fee is $40/set (nonrefundable) (electronically or certified or cashiers check). STATE AIDED DEVELOPMENT: Blue Meadows (200-2) 473 Dartmouth Street, New Bedford, MA 02740 Nashmont (200-3) 506-516 Mt Pleasant Street & 73-83 Barrett Street, New Bedford, MA 02740 The work is estimated to cost $585,723.00. A. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: Removal and replacement of siding, trim and associated work with an Electrical filed sub-bid. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and paying for a construction administration software application to be used by all participants on the Project at no cost. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
