Site work for a mixed-use development in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The project shall consist of improvements restroom facility including sanitary sewer service, septic tanks, absorption field and related items. Bid received as a Unit Price bid for General Construction. The Owner intends to award the Bid on the lowest Bids. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope contact Bidder's Bond in a sum equal to five percent of the full amount of the Bid, executed by the Bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this state, conditioned that if the prior Bid is accepted and the contract awarded to the principal, the principal, within ten days after Notice Award, shall execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of his Bid and a Contractor's required by law and the regulations and determinations of the governing body. The Bid Bond of the lowest Bidders will be retained until the contract has been awarded and executed, but not longer than (60) days. The Bid security is a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into contract for the work describe the Proposal. The bidder may submit a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier s check payable to the B Parks and Recreation District. All Bidders shall have a valid North Dakota Contractor s license of the appropriate Class for the work. Bidders shall enclose a copy of the license or Certificate of Renewal i same envelope as the Bidder s Bond as required pursuant to Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota C Code, as amended. Failure to do so will render the Bid invalid. No Bid will be read or considered unless fully complies with the Bond and license requirements. Any deficient Bid will be resealed and returned Bidder immediately. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract. The Work under this Contract shall be Substantially Completed by November 30, 2024, and shall achieve Final Completion by December 15, 2024.
