Location: Women's Bathroom Handicapped commodes x6 with handicapped bars and tissue dispenser (holder); handicapped face bowl x1; regular face bowl x2; entrance door and hardware; paint walls and ceiling; repair cracks; R&R window panes broken x4; paint divider stall; install 3 16" x16" wall mirrors; repair all plumbing hardware to commodes; install 1 24"x 48" wall mt mirror; remove paint from floor; R & R 1 12" x 48" ceiling light fixture;clean 2 existing light fixtures. Location: Men's Bathroom Handicapped commodes x3; face bowl x2 commercial; handicapped face bowl x1; paint walls and ceiling; patch holes; R & R broken windowpanes; R & R 3 wall mount urinals; paint dividers between commodes; clean paint from floor tiles; replace handicapped bars and tissue holder; adjust locks to dividers; R & R all plumbing pipes and flush valves; clean ceiling light globes; repair 1 light at entrance door and hardward; install 1 new entrance door solid core; R & R light switch and cover. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
