Closing Time: 10:00 AM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 3 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/27 10:00:00 AM NST .1 Work of this Contract comprises general construction renovation of the replacement of three outdoor HVAC units and one air handler A/C coil located at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador, Corner Brook Campus; and further identified as A/C-1, Coil-1, RTU-2 and RTU-3 described in detail in section 23.74.00 of this document. The scope of work shall include all labour, tools, equipment and materials required to: .1 Decommission 2 air conditioning units, one heat pump and one A/C coil installed in the specified indoor unit including refrigerant and piping. .2 The removal and disposal of decommissioned equipment. .3 The supply and installation of the replacement equipment mentioned above. .4 The supply and installation of a mounting stand and footing pad to accommodate the new replacement A/C-1 condenser unit at ground level. The footing pad and mounting stand must be deemed acceptable by the owner and meeting the recommendations for equipment support of the equipment manufacturer. .5The supply and installation of one replacement A/C coil-1 into the specified existing indoor air conditioning unit including the required refrigerant piping and refrigerant charge. .6 Supply and install any replacement rooftop curbs or curb adaptors required to properly fit existing conditions and ensure weather tight roofing finishes. .7 Ensure the existing HVAC controlling equipment and sequence of controls maintain all functionality and are compatible with new equipment. .8 Start-up, test, balance and commission new equipment .9 Provide training to facility personnel for new equipment. .10 Renew building finishes and fire rated separation where demolition damage occurs.
