The bid packet is for the repair work of: Neosho Parks Department Equipment Building located at 215 Wheeler Street Scope of work to be done to building: Rebuild the front of the building and new roofing - building is 36 by 90 feet Remove all doors and front framing. Reframe all of the front of the bulding and put metal on new facial, install all new 11 feet wide by 12 feet tall doors and hardware - number of doors is 6 Remove the 7 foot tall 36 inch door on the east end and enclose The 11 by 14 foot door on the east end of the front of the building will be enclosed and install a new 7 foot tall 36 inch walk thru door The new 11 by 12 foot doors will be non insulated Install new electric door openers for the 11 by 12 foot doors (6 total) Install keypad outside on the building that will operate door one thru door six. Install buttons on inside for raising and lowering on each door providing remotes for Parks trucks Replace all rotting on posts and connect to concrete floor. Wrap post with metal. Install all new door jams Roofing - pearlings over existing roof and install 26 gauge commercial panel over pearlings with new trim Metal color for roof will be galvanize Metal color for the front of the building will be white and almond
