The State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a vendor to provide, preventative maintenance, inspection & repair services, and supplies for the high-pressure wash equipment in the truck wash bay on an as need basis at the Gaithersburg Shop Maintenance Facility located at 502 Quince Orchard Road in Montgomery County, Maryland. This Contract will not automatically renew. This bid is for a two (2) year contract to provide preventative maintenance, inspection, repairs, parts and supplies for 2 Landa Pressure Washers, Model # VHG4-30024H, PSI 3000, GPM 3.9 AND Landa Pressure Washer, Model #VNG4-3002B/R, PSI 3000, GPM 3.5 to allow continuous operation with minimal breakdown time. This proposal will establish hourly labor rates for service technicians, mark-up percentages on repair parts and firm pricing for supplies identified on the Contract bid form. The Contractor shall furnish listed items in accordance with the invitation for bids.
Prices submitted in response to this solicitation are irrevocable for ninety (90) days following the due date. The Procurement Officer may, however, request contractor to extend the time during which the State may accept their bids. Once a bid is accepted, all prices, terms, and conditions shall remain unchanged throughout the contract period. Contractors are responsible for assuring that their bids are delivered to the specified location before the deadline for receipt of bids, including those delivered by U.S. Postal Service.
