Purpose of this RFP is to have an Open Order Agreement established for Laboratory Services for Environmental Analysis as and when required The Ottawa International Airport Authority (OIAA) operates an environmental quality monitoring program, to ensure compliance with applicable environmental legislation. Storm water is sampled on a regular basis. Groundwater and sanitary sewers may be sampled as well as soil samples. Subcontractors may be used to collect samples. These subcontractors will be referred to as 'designated agents' here in. This contract will include the supply of labor, equipment, and supervision required to execute the work on an "as and when required" basis.
