Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
1. Replace toilets, urinals, and sinks in restrooms 1/2, 3/4, 5, and 6/7 as needed. (Some toilets have low flushing pressure that needs to be addressed). 2. Fix/replace all lighting/electrical in restrooms 1/2, 3/4, 5, and 6/7 as needed. 3. Remove wall panels from cinder block walls in restrooms 1/2, 3/4, 5, and 6/7 as needed. 4. Repaint the cinder block walls in standard color in restrooms 1/2, 3/4, 5, and 6/7. 5. Fix/replace all stall doors and add moisture resistance partitions in restrooms 1/2, 3/4, 5, and 6/7 as needed. 6. Replace entry doors/signage on restrooms 1/2, 3/4, 5, and 6/7 as needed. 7. Add mirrors to restrooms 1/2, 3/4, 5, and 6/7 as needed. 8. Add vanity to sinks in restrooms 1/2, 3/4, 5, and 6/7 as needed. Estimate Value under $100,000 All questions must be submitted in writing.
