Fort Johnson And Secessionville Road Intersection Improvements Water Main Relocation Project & Fort Johnson And Camp Road Intersection Improvements Water Main Relocation Project The Commissioners of Public Works of the City of Charleston, South Carolina, is requesting interested Contractors to complete an Application for Prequalification of Bidders for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for construction of the Fort Johnson and Secessionville Road Intersection Improvements Water Main Relocation Project and the Fort Johnson and Camp Road Intersection Improvements Water Main Relocation Project in the James Island area of the City of Charleston, South Carolina. The Fort Johnson and Secessionville Road Intersection Improvements Water Main Relocation Project consists of the installation of approximately 650 LF of 24-inch DIP water main, 70 LF of 16- inch DIP water main, 60 LF of 10-inch DIP water main, 50 LF of 8-inch DIP water main, relocation of one (1) fire hydrant, one (1) 16-inch butterfly valve, one (1) 6-inch gate valve, 6-inch through 24-inch pipe bell restraints, tie-in to existing mains, and all other associated appurtenances. The Fort Johnson and Camp Road Intersection Improvements Water Main Relocation Project consists of the installation of approximately 350 LF of 10-inch DIP water main, 500 LF of 8-inch DIP water main, 100 LF of 6-inch DIP water main, relocation of one (1) fire hydrant, one (1) 10-inch insertion valve, two (2) 8-inch gate valve, one (1) 6-inch gate valve, 6-inch and 8-inch pipe bell restraints, tie-in to existing mains, and all other associated appurtenances.
