Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Late submittals will not be considered. Bidder is required to provide a bid surety in the form of a bid bond or certified check payable to the City of Pawtucket in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price. Bidder is required to provide a performance and payment bond as outlined in the City's General Terms & Conditions of Purchase (Appendix B of this RFP) in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish all insurance documentation as outlined in the attached Purchasing Rules & Regulations and General Terms & Conditions of Purchase. The bid process and resulting contract are subject to the Rules and Regulations and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase. Submission of a bid in response to this solicitation is acknowledgement and acceptance of these Rules and Regulations and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase. Proposals found to be technically or substantially non-responsive at any point in the evaluation process will be rejected and not considered further. Notice to Proceed - February 2024 Substantial Completion - October 2024 Final Completion - November 2024
