Site work for an educational facility in Thomasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Installing 6 Vinyl fencing around the entire campus and Elevated gateways where needed. The Contractor shall provide the following: Install 6 High Vinyl Coated Chain Link fence around the entire campus. Installation of Dual Track Cantilever Gate Elevated Gateway. Contractor shall set all posts in concrete. Contractor shall perform the work in such a manner as to minimize inconvenience to the building occupants/School Environment. The Thomasville City Schools (hereinafter referred to as TCS) is hereby seeking proposals from contractor to provide and install fencing and Elevated Entrance Gateways around Harper Elementary School campus. The approximate total budget for these projects is $136,000.00. Question Deadline 11/29/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Questions that arise prior to the proposal submittal date shall be submitted by email to: Benjamin Tillman, Project Manager, tillmanb@tcitys.org Phone calls will not receive a response. Contractor Tuesday, January 8,2024 Anticipated Construction Begin/End Date January, 2024 / February, 2024 The TCS reserves the right to select or reject any and all responses as a result of this Request for Proposal. The selected Contractor will be required to provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bond for the entire amount of the cost of construction.
