Site work and new construction of a day care center in Purcell, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,474-square-foot, one-story above grade day care center; and for site work for a day care center.
The bidder must agree in writing that any bids submitted will be irrevocable until the Contract has been awarded or all bids have been rejected. A period for this determination will not exceed sixty (60) days after date of bid opening. Bid security in the form of a certified check or bank draft payable to The Chickasaw Nation, U.S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities may be retained until the contract is awarded. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities. Submit questions about the BID DOCUMENTS in writing to the Architect within 72 hours of the Bid Date to permit consideration and clarification in the form of an addendum.
