The proposed project is described as follows: Contractor bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and oth- er incidental items required to complete Matson West Subdivision - Wa- ter, Sewer, & Paving Improvements. Work includes stripping of all areas set to receive fill, earthwork, con- struction of approximately 525 linear feet of 10-inch DR18 PVC water main, and approximately 525 linear feet of 10-inch PVC sanitary sewer main, valves, fire hydrants, manholes, services, and the construction of approximately 2400 square yards of PC concrete paving, RCP storm sewer, inlets, and all other miscellaneous work required to complete the project to the lines and grades shown on the plans and in accordance with these specifications. The Owner intends to award one contract for all work to be performed. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids, and to waive any ir- regularities in bidding. It is the responsibility of the con- tractor to fully examine the plans and specifications for the project and include all labor, materials, and cost of equipment, that will be included in the construction of the project. The bidder shall not qualify bids in any manner. Bids submitted to the owner shall remain current for a period of 21 days. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 7 days without written con- sent from the Owner. The bidding set will include a bid form, instructions to bidders, contract documents, and construction specifications along with an 11-inch by 17- inch set of plans.
