This contract shall include all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, disinfection, structural steel repairs, safety measures, environmental protection, and disposal of surplus items, as provided in the Contract Documents for the rehabilitation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid or combination of bids deemed advantageous to it.
