The Project consists of constructing approximately 1,190 linear feet of 2-inch water mains, 4,850 linear feet of 6-inch water mains, 5,060 linear feet of 8-in water mains, and related appurtenances on Crow Rd, Altan Woods Rd, Plyler Mill Rd, Ski Trail Ln, Parkwood Cir., Broomes Old Mill Rd, private drive off Austin Rd, Sara Ln, Hayes Rd, Richardson Rd, Paula Ln, and Gary Ln. Document notes : Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office or at the Union County Procurement Department at 500 North Main Street, 7th Floor, Monroe, North Carolina 28112 on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded as "zipped" portable document format (PDF) files. Printed hardcopies of the Bidding Documents can be ordered and shipped for an additional fee, which will depend on the number of sets, size of the Drawings, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Owner may also reject the Bid and Bidder if the Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder.
