Reference Number 0000259364 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/15 04:30:00 PM EST Pricing Lump sum The Rural Municipality of Mountain requests contractors to submit price quotations for debris cleanup of a minimum of five locations within the townsite of Birch River. The municipality is interested in hiring a contractor to complete the following works: Debris cleanup of a minimum of five locations within the townsite of Birch River. All locations in question have residences that have burnt, and cleanup of the debris and foundation remains to be completed. Interested contractors are encouraged to contact the municipal office for pictures of the sites in question. Please note that the Contractor who meets the required specifications may enter into an agreement with the municipality for the cleanup of additional properties at a mutually agreeable rate. Project Specifications Include: Construction and Demolition materials must be hauled to a Provincially accepted location. Foundation Concrete must be removed from the site and can either be salvaged or taken to the Birch River Transfer Station. Salvage value of any materials on site shall be retained by the Contractor. Completion date must be on or before May 15, 2024. Contractors must include anticipated date of completion as an earlier date will be favored. Demolition permits will be completed by the Municipal office, any other permits or fees should be included within the Contractor rates.
