Scope Installation of Natural Oak LVP (that includes adhesive for LVP) throughout the onebedroom unit that is approximately 670 square feet. o color- (to be selected by FMHA), o 2mm thickness o plank o square edges o glue down o urethane finish o Underlayment to be installed (floor leveling) o 4'x5' 6 MM 5 ply o Transition Materials to be installed o Cove Base to be installed (that included adhesive for Cove Base) o color (to be selected by FMHA to match selected LVP) In the bathroom of the unit, remove and replace the toilet with a new wax ring and bolts (supplied by contractor) o Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of all trash and materials removed, o Contractor shall be responsible to provide all materials and labor to complete project. o Contractor is responsible for traffic control during the project. o Contractor is responsible safe work practices when performing this work. o Contractor is responsible for obtaining a City of Fairmont Building Permit.
