Renovation of a residential development in Fairmont, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
This project unit is located at 914 Courtland Street within Fairmont, Marion County, WV. The project site is located within the city limits of Fairmont. Scope Installation of Natural Oak LVP (that includes adhesive for LVP) throughout the onebedroom unit that is approximately 670 square feet. o color- (to be selected by FMHA), o 2mm thickness o plank o square edges o glue down o urethane finish o Underlayment to be installed (floor leveling) o 4'x5' 6 MM 5 ply o Transition Materials to be installed o Cove Base to be installed (that included adhesive for Cove Base) o color (to be selected by FMHA to match selected LVP) In the bathroom of the unit, remove and replace the toilet with a new wax ring and bolts (supplied by contractor) o Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of all trash and materials removed, o Contractor shall be responsible to provide all materials and labor to complete project. o Contractor is responsible for traffic control during the project. o Contractor is responsible safe work practices when performing this work. o Contractor is responsible for obtaining a City of Fairmont Building Permit.
