Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; for paving for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
Work at this School will include demolition of existing football grandstands, softball, and baseball areas. Addition of new synthetic turf softball and baseball fields to include fencing, scoreboards, lighting, bleachers, dugouts, and press boxes. Underground storm water detention system with associated structures and piping. New football grandstands w/ pressbox, storage building and ticket booth. Concrete and asphalt paving. Electrical, technology and security improvements are also planned. As of December 20, 2023, construction is expected to break ground March 2024. Completion is expected by late July 2024.
