Project Description: Demo the Existing Retaining Wall and Landscaping as Per Project Plans. Install New Retaining Wall System - 36" Verti-block. Create a 3' Wide Level Grade Along Perimeter of Fence to Be Used as a Maintenance Access Walkway. Boulders Along the Edge Are to Be Set Above the Grade of the Walkway as Much as Possible to Create a Physical Barrier to the Hillside. Use Existing Boulders to Create a Low Retaining Wall Approx. 2'-3' High. The Intent is to Create a Shelf for the New Planting Bed and Sign. Use Existing Boulders to Create a Retaining Wall Around the Existing Utility Box/manhole as Shown. Taper the Grade of the Top of Boulders to Match the Profile of the New Grades as Needed. New Location of Existing Boulder, Typical This Symbol. The Intent is to Use All Existing Boulders That Are at Least 24" Diameter in All Directions. All Other Boulders Are to Be Removed and Disposed of Properly.
