Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Claremont, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Claremont is seeking proposals for sidewalk project as follows: Removal of existing sidewalks Removal of existing granite curbing and installation of new granite curbing, tipping down at intersections and driveways to pavement. Concrete poured front and back. Removal of existing light poles and pedestals. Install Sono tubes and conduit for new light poles and pedestals. Install planter boxes (See attached design) Install Key Ring Bike Racks Install needed gravel and fine grade for concrete. NHAA 4000 PSI Fiber Concrete 4" thick Patch pave any disturbed area for curb installation. Install truncated domes at each road crossing and crosswalk location. (24"x30" iron,set in concrete) Remove existing brick in two islands on Sullivan Street and pour 4000 PSI Fiber Concrete 6" thick Refer to Plans for details Work on sidewalk projects will commence April 2024 and substantially complete on or before July 1st, 2024, weather permitting. Any questions or inquiries must be submitted, with attached bid sheets, in writing and received by Tuesday, December 5th, 2023, no later than (7) calendar days prior to the proposal due date.
